Go to the nearest school - and talk with their financial aid personnel. They will explain everything - and you will be *shocked* at the amount of money you can make just by being "poor" student.

Most of the time, you can get so much money, you can live in your own apartment/dorm, and just spend you time going to school. The extra money is your pocket money that you spend on groceries, Starbucks, etc..

Just get yourself to a school and talk to the financial aid department. They will tell you all you need to know.

A high school will have some information about financial aid. However, a college or a university will have a Financial Aid Office which will give you a plethora of more information, and more detailed information.

But I could be wrong = if you've got a high school nearby, maybe now-a-days they have plenty of information regarding student financial aid.

But I must mention, though most aid programs are the same no matter what college you go to - some colleges offer more programs for aid - such as a Perkins Loan. Some colleges don't offer this type of loan, some do.
