Why did she not think I was 19 when we met?
I don't know what this means, ergo, I will answer it literally in hopes that I either provide the information you're looking for, or it clears up the misunderstanding: "When you and I first met, I told my wife that you were 19-years old. So she actually did think you were 19 when you and I met."

And does she even keep up with our day to day exchanges/my blog(s)?
No. Though I quote them often. Part of the problem is, every week for 200 weeks I mention that Tom said this or that. Every week for 200 weeks she asks, "Who's Tom?" Part of her confusion may be that every week for 200 weeks I reply, "That 19-year-old in Alabama." Had I incremented your age each year, she would undoubtedly think I we referring to someone different, and that would further propagate the problem.

Thank you for answering this question. This makes a lot of sense.
