Count me in with the Legion of Juicetice. I drink the foul garlic-parsley-kale-chard concotions too. Try fennel... it's tasty. Not sure if I could bring myself to eat the pulp however. Even with cheese and spices it would be too veggie-gooey to deal with. Then again, if you served it for dinner I would be polite and have a few bites before surrepitiously foisting it off on the family dog... if he would have it, that is. ;)

*burp* enjoying a cervesa on the back porch. Can't go to work on a day like today.

I love the wind today - I just wish it would rain already! Last time I had fennel was in a dish a buddy of mine overseas aptly called, 'Lobit.' Lots of seafood with a cream sauce in the crock. After he gave me the recipe I asked him, "Why is it called Lobit?"

"Cause whatever you find you just lob it in the crock, mate!"
