Yes, its one single mp3. What it doesn't do it automatically `advance` the `tracks` as it plays. I've heard two arguments against this, the first being, "It may be the most powerful, magical, self-affirming life-changing music I've ever heard and expand my knowledge of new composers, but I can't be bothered with figuring out which track is playing" which segues nicely into my personal favorite, "Though I am a student of music in general and filmscore specifically, I can't tell when Desplat ends and White Zombie begins so its really not worth me listening to without a track list."
People, if you like - I can forgo the *actual* music, and just start releasing various track lists. Believe me, it would be easier.
