It was an unusually clear night, reminiscent of the Texas sky.

Great shot. In the current toddler phase we almost never get outside at night. Can't wait until their old enough so we can camp in the mountains again.

Thanks. I back my wife's Hippo into our garage each evening. Nothing as grand as enjoying the outdoors :/

Not yet anyway.

Beautiful night sky. Great idea using the Keeper of the Plains in the moon.

Thank you. Its tough taking a picture of the night sky, especially with my limited equipment. I mean, its dark. So you're like, "Hey - you can see almost nothing; capture that." Capture what? Nothing? Yes.

That is SO COOL! That kind of clarity is so rare there.

Yankee sky's at night. "It was an unusually clear night, reminiscent of the Texas sky." Yet it could never be as beautiful as the Texas sky at night.
