From the house (which you can tell by the presence of my Tiburon, the Hippo, and the Clonecar) I turn out of my driveway, walk the length of the house and the house behind me, cross the street which connects with "The Path" to which I follow straight down where I do 20 diamond push-ups, followed by a lap around the lake and a set of wide-arm push-ups, a lap around the lake, military-press push-ups, ad nauseum. I try to walk an hour, three times a day between 3.5 and 4.0 miles per hour, covering a distance between 9-12 miles daily. And about 300 push-ups.
