The day after my crash I wrapped my left wrist, and half a day later, also my left one. My neck muscles started aching later that night, then my pectorals. A day later, one forearm, and then the other. Every day something new aches to remind me that I stopped a 250-pound weight travelling at 10-miles an hour with my body.

Pretty impressive.

Might be more impressive without all the Vicodin I'm taking. Every day I think, "Today will be the day I get back on the bike!" But every day the thought of putting pressure on my wrists changes my mind. Soon, I hope, because we've been having some FANTASTIC weather here.
