"Live View" treats the LCD screen like the preview screens of a P&S (which is fantastic) and I can adjust the f/stop, shutter speed, and ISO (among other things like...flash output and SCN modes) directly from the touch screen LCD. Though my last three cameras have all been Canon, the buttons for identical functions and or menu items have all been in different places, so the touch screen really shortens the learning curve.

Additionally, while the Rebel SL1 is touted as the World's Smallest DSLR® I wasn't expecting it to be as feather-light as it is. Even the 18-55mm lens is light. I was man-handling my old Minolta X-700 zoom the other day and it was all very heavy metal and glass. I have no idea what these are made of, but they're crazy light and defy the logic of their bulk.

I do have a Flikr, But it only houses my selfies (coupled with specific file names; its a long story): http://flickr.com/photos/31298785@N03/
