I have a group of friends - all of them own guns - and those of us who don't, we still wholly support ownership, etc.. But we also, among ourselves, sometimes discuss the complexity behind gun control, gun violence, and the rise of mass shootings. Because, well, that's what people sometimes do. Discuss things. Have a friendly conversation about recent events. The kind where no one raises their voice or gets their feelings hurt, or starts making overly simplistic, nonsensical overtures. And sometimes I get so comfortable with someone outside the group I will mention perhaps a recent discussion, and this other person will LOSE THEIR FUCKING MIND.

I love that part of the movie, because its the end. HAHAHA no, but seriously. I once asked my brother-in-law who is a Fire Captain. This was around 2005. I asked about the fire and such of WTC 7. And how the fire could travel, etc... Mainly, fire related questions. And he said pointing, almost in perfect Donald Sutherland fashion. Your ONE OF THEM!!!!! Meaning I was a conspiracy theorist. I said, I was asking for your professional opinion and expertise, sheesh. But it always reminds me of this scene. HAHAHAHAHAH

What does that have to do with the subject at hand?

P.S. I have your 8th grade pic!

"Come and get it" (I had to look it up) and presuming you meant your firearms, remind me of that time you brought the German long rifle (and maybe an automatic) out to the house in Boyd. So I started looking for those pictures but couldn't find the right photo album. What I did find, however, was pictures of you I took when you visited me in Rhome, and adjacent that, your freshman portrait :)

ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ actually means come and take them, Google translate doesn't always translate accurately. King Leonidas I reportedly said it to King Xerxes I at the Battle of Thermopylae when he was told to lay down his weapons and surrender. It has been said many times through out Western history since. It was used on Texas flags during the War of Independence from Mexico and is currently the motto of United States Special Operations Command Central.
