I see. Perhaps I should actually gander to look at your LJ one of these days.

Don't bother.

It's 'friends only.'

She says she'll add you as a friend if you comment, but there's strings attached.

I don't know the nature, nor disposition of those strings, however.

so I have notice. But I too--like you--am hopeful that she will honor her end of the publicly posted bargin. Perhaps we should heed the old adage A man who has friends must show himself friendly and offer the hand of friendship to her first.

Herein lies the root of the problem: I really don't care, and you're so darned forward you manage to creep them out before they get to know you.

A word of advice...just let it drop.

where's the challenge in letting it drop? I just let the World Trade Center thing drop and now you tell me to drop this too? Living with you is beginning to be too much.
ehowton at 2006-08-13 21:48 (UTC) (Link)
Au contraire! You didn't 'drop' the WTC thing, you acquiesced at the point that my argument on persuasiveness was stronger than yours.

whatever. I was going to suggest that since we have been friends for a while and since people tend to take my movie reviews seriously, that I might persuade you since my overall take on the film was positive. I dropped the argument, because I don't want to continue it over 3 billion threaded comments. Rather, I'd prefer my review speak for itself.

Yeah, you did good with those.
