The strength behind the conviction, however, is the same. There's no 'facts' to this argument, just conviction. And now that you've made it quite clear to me that you think I can be persuaded, I'm pretty sure that tells me a lot about your character to the point where I might actually be able to convince you to perform fellatio.

Ok, check this out. In High School, this guy asked me why I didn't eat pork. I asked him, "If I could prove to you that God himself said, "Do not eat pork." Would you stop eating it? He said yes. I showed him the scripture in the old testament where God forbade it. He was blown away. He said he was never going to eat pork again. Then I showed him the scripture that forbade the eating of shellfish. I asked him if he was going to stop eating shellfish. "No," he said, "Because shrimp tastes too good."

*eyeroll*

You're arguing against the same type of dumb logic, where you think the rules apply to one situation, and not the other, because the variables are different.
